We’re excited to present to you June’s Pinnacle coffee from famed Honduran producers, Marysabel Caballero & Moises Herrera. Mogola is one of the many small-medium farms that they own & has been passed down from Marysabel’s father, Don Fabio. 

The Caballeros have a centralised wet mill in Chinacla, where the cherries from the different farms are being transported daily. The weather is incredibly humid, so they rely a lot on the use of Guardiolas or mechanical dryers to bring the moisture content to the desired level. However, for this particular lot, the coffees are slowly dried in shade over raised beds, due to the stickiness of the mucilage. 

This coffee is so silky & floral! The acidity is gentle like ripe nectarines, followed by a sweetness of Golden Raisins. The afterness is distinctly floral like honey blossom, capping the entire Gesha experience perfectly!
