Order Processing
Monday - Thursday
- For same-day order processing please place your order by 6 PM
- For orders placed after Thursday, 6 PM - We will process your order on Monday of the following week!
*You will receive your coffee within 14 days of its roasted date & we usually recommend letting the coffee rest for at least 14 days whenever possible!
Public Holidays
- For orders placed during the holidays, we will process your order on the next business day! Please understand that we may not be available to answer your inquiries during the holidays but we will be in touch on the next business day

International Shipping
We offer international shipping!
- Shipping rates are city dependent so please enter your shipping address at checkout to find out our shipping rates to your city
We are continuously working on improving our shipping rates; please feel free to reach out to us if your area is not listed!
Local Shipping
Local courier shipping is at a flat rate of $4.15 SGD
- Orders of more than $40 SGD qualify for Free Shipping!
- Please note that the actual shipment date may vary depending on the courier's schedule, however, your order should reach you within 1-3 business days after shipment has been confirmed

Self-Pick-Up
Feel free to drop by for Self-Pick-Up at our Roastery & Coffee Bar @ 38 Hamilton Road anytime between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm daily, except Public Holidays.
*Please note that self-pick-up is not available for subscription orders

Free Shipping
All subscription orders qualify for free shipping
Delivery Time
Please allow 2-3 business days for your coffee to be delivered to your location after it has been dispatched
Billing Details
Initial Billing
You will be billed for your first subscription cycle upon sign-up
Recurring Billing
Subsequent payments will be billed on the last day of each month
Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions can only be canceled after a minimum of 3 cycles with us
If you wish to change/ cancel your subscription, please do so before the last day of each month before you are billed!
