Coffee Beans
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for your coffee bean purchases due to hygiene reasons. However, should there be significant damage/ defects in the beans you received due to our neglect, please feel free to contact us at hello@thecommunitycoffee to discuss how we can make it up to you!
Merchandise/ Coffee Equipment
We do quality checks on our merchandise before we send them to you, however, should there be any significant damage/defects in the products you have received, we will offer an exchange on the item!
Coffee Subscription
There is a minimum commitment of 3 billing cycles for our coffee subscription!
Only after which, a change/ cancellation of the subscription will be possible. Do feel free to contact us at hello@thecommunitycoffee for any inquiries!
