Order Processing
Monday - Thursday

  • For same-day order processing please place your order by 6 PM
  • For orders placed after Thursday, 6 PM - We will process your order on Monday of the following week!

Public Holidays

  • For orders placed during the holidays, we will process your order on the next business day! Please understand that we may not be available to answer your inquiries during the holidays but we will be in touch on the next business day.

We apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding!

Shipment
Once your order is processed, it will be packed and prepared for shipping.

  • Please note that the actual shipment date may vary depending on the courier's schedule, however, your order should reach you within 1-3 business days after shipment has been confirmed
