Our “PINNACLE” series this month brings us back to Peru, for another beautiful Gesha from El Eucalipto. We’re incredibly fortunate to have come across this coffee from our importers, Nordic Approach. Peruvian Geshas have captivated us with their lucid florality, comparable to some of the best Geshas we’ve tasted. 

El Eucalipto is situated in the highlands of Cajamarca, one of Peru’s premier growing regions. This coffee was processed the traditional way, with cherries being pulped & dry fermented in ceramic tanks. The coffees were then rinsed & dried slowly in solar dryers, resulting in extra clarity. 

As we get more acquainted with El Eucalipto, we are excited to explore further the potential of Peruvian coffees! This coffee carries a floral hue from start to end, with a sweetness of blood orange & rose tea. We hope you will enjoy this coffee as much as we do!
