Humbled to present our "EXPERIMENTAL" coffee for March - a fully washed Gesha Rojo from El Salvador! This coffee was produced by the Salaverria family, a 6th generation coffee family.

This lot is differentiated by the colour of the ripe Gesha cherries, Red (Rojo) & Yellow (Amarillo). The Salaverria family owns a few farms or as they call it "Tablons". This coffee was pulped & Soaked overnight, as they believe leads to a brighter & more expressive flavour experience.

This is a unique coffee with a fresh acidity of red apples followed by a syrupy mouthfeel & sweetness like blood oranges as well as Rooibos Tea. We hope you’ll enjoy this coffee as much as we do!
