We are humbled to continue our Direct Relationship with Ijen Lestari, an award-winning farm from East Java, Indonesia. March’s “MODERN” coffee is a Red Honey-processed lot, produced by Dandy Dharmawan. 

This year we’re excited at the range of coffees we’ve sourced from Ijen Lestari & we believe it’s an amazing showcase of the diverse spectrum of flavours possible from 1 single farm. This Red Honey lot was dried slowly on raised beds, ensuring a dense sweetness reminding us of mead yet retaining a distinct acidity that adds a liveliness to the coffee.

We’re truly happy for Dandy & his team at Ijen Lestari for clinching First Place in this year’s Cup of Excellence, demonstrating their passion in cultivating quality coffees. We hope you will enjoy the coffees we’ve sourced for you from Ijen Lestari!
