Subscription FAQ

Shipping Information

Free shipping is provided for all subscription orders and will only be sent out once a month on the 6th.

  • If the 6th falls on a WEEKEND/PH, we will ship the next WORKING DAY.
  • Please sign up before the last day of each month to qualify for the following month’s subscription.
    eg. Sign up on 31st January for February’s coffees.
  • Please allow 2-3 business days for your coffee to be delivered to your location after it has been dispatched

Billing Details

Initial Billing
You will be billed for your first subscription cycle upon sign-up.

Recurring Billing
Subsequent payments will be billed on the last day of the month.

Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions can only be cancelled after a minimum of 3 cycles.

If you wish to change/cancel your subscription, please do so before the last day of the month before you are billed!
