One Coffee - Two Approaches

We're excited to present "Community & Friends Vol. 1" featuring Bloom Coffee!

We've always maintained - Coffee is incredibly diverse & we'd love to show you how! Over the next few months, we're having some of our Roaster friends, who have been doing an amazing job sourcing & roasting some really delicious coffees, over at our Roastery. Together, we will be showcasing our different philosophies & approach in roasting as well as brewing!

Starting with Alwin of Bloom Coffee, we will be roasting a beautiful fully washed Sidra produced by Paola Trujillo of Patio Bonito. We each will have a different interpretation of this coffee & we hope to share them with you!
