Finca Monteblanco is planted with the unusual Purple Caturra, Pink Bourbons & Geshas; we're truly excited at the variety of flavours from these cultivars especially with Rodrigo's approach to processing.
Rodrigo selects only cherries between 22-23 Brix to undergo the natural process. Coffees are pre-dried in solar dryers for 5 days before being moved to raised beds for 22 more days, creating this pronounced sweetness. We love the how the acidity blends with the syrupy mouthfeel of this coffee! We hope you will enjoy this as much as we do.
