They are hand sorted meticulously before being laid in thin layers on raised beds, consistently raked and turned over to ensure even airflow and drying resulting in bright, clean coffees.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eWHY WE CHOSE THIS COFFEE\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eUntil a few years ago, it was illegal to export natural processed coffees out of Rwanda.
