We are incredibly humbled to showcase another incredible coffee from Finca Los Alpes, produced by the Janson family. They are widely recognised to be one of the best producers of Geshas in Panama, delivering exceptional quality over the last decade.

Kai Janson has consistently displayed their collaborative & experimental spirit by exploring new fermentation & drying techniques. This coffee however is one of their “Modern” classics, with a 48 hours of dry fermentation before being pre-dried on raised & finished off on patios. The extra fermentation adds a richness & depth to the overall fruit-forward taste experience. 

We selected this coffee as it is simply one of the most delicious coffees we’ve had this year! The Janson’s family commitment to quality is unwavering, rooted in their practices & showcased proudly in the coffees they produce. We hope you will enjoy this coffee as much as we do!
