Our final Rwandan coffee for the 2022 harvest is from Gasharu Washing Station. A few months ago we featured a juicy natural processed lot - this time we are excited to to showcase a 60hrs Anaerobic Fermented Natural version of this stellar coffee!
Gasharu has been one of the earliest stations that have been experimenting with different lengths of fermentation. This 60hrs lot is, in our opinion, the best balance of varietal & origin characteristics enhanced through the fermentation.
